You will reap the benefits of massage if it becomes a regular part of your life. My goal is for us to work together to take better care of your health, long-term.
Communication is key. I need to know what you're feeling, experiencing and what you're looking to gain in order to best help you. In turn, I will explain the treatment and what you can expect to gain from it.
Massage is a tool to help heal. Whether it's stress, illness or simply to pamper yourself, the benefits of massage can be life changing. I would be honored to take that journey with you.
I started my Massage Therapy career as a student at East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon where I achieved my license in 2017. Prior to attending East West, I worked as a CNA 2 at various locations throughout the Willamette Valley. It was early on in my CNA career that I realized my innate capacity for wanting to help others better themselves. As a compassionate professional, I believe a natural path to healing is best. I look forward to helping you heal!

Prenatal massage is therapeutic bodywork that focuses on the special needs of the parent-to-be as their body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue. The gentle, noninvasive approach of prenatal massage can ease discomfort associated with pregnancy, using pillows to support the body in a side-lying position.
